Refund policy

If you receive a damaged/wrong product order after it has been shipped out, you have to receive the order and send us an email or social media message to request a return.

We only accept returns or exchanges if merchandise is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. In this case, we will be responsible for sending a replacement. You will not pay any shipping fees in this case. If the item requested was out of stock, you will receive a refund once we receive the damaged product.

You must contact us for a return or an exchange must be made within 48 hours of your receipt.
